Dr. Micah Parkhurst received a B.S. in Biology with honors from Harding University and went on to pursue his DDS from the University of Tennessee where he received multiple scholarships, was a member of the Doggett Dean Society, and graduated with honors. He completed his general practice residency at Veteran’s Memorial Hospital where he learned from specialists in prosthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics without the pressure of generating revenue for an established practice. Dr. “P” bought his practice from Dr. Touliatos in 2004 continuing a legacy of excellent and honest dentistry and has been referred to by patients as “a young Dr. T.”
He is very active in his church where he served as worship minister for a number of years and continues to serve as a member of the worship team. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Parkhurst enjoys singing, golfing, exercising, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
